Nayanthara is out from the film Kadal
Nayanthara is not acting in Maniratnam’s film ‘Kadal’. Reports came that Nayanthara is doing the role in Maniratnam’s film. But it is not at all the fact. Recently, Samantha has moved back from heroin role. Now Thulasi is doing the heroin role. She is the daughter of film actress Radha. Gautham, son of actor Karthik is the hero of the film.
Nayanthara Will Not Act In Remake Of Hindi Film ‘Dirty Picture’.
Nayanthara will not do the heroin role in Tamil remake of Hindi film ‘Dirty Picture’. There were reports in Kollywood that Nayanthara will be doing the role of South Indian Masala actress Silk Smitha in Tamil and Telugu remakes. In Hindi, the role of Silk Smitha has done by Vidya Balan and she has got awards. But the news were disagreed by Nayan’s manager Raju.
Nayanthara – Prabhu Deva Wedding in Onam

Even one is in shock over the news that broke out first in Tollywood and has spread to the Kollywood media that Prabudeva and Nayantara have eloped and gotten married. This piece of rumour has left media, fans in shock!!
The closeness between Nayan and Prabudeva has been making rounds for quite sometime now and the buzz was that Prabudeva after the loss of his son, turned to Nayan for comfort. Few days before there was a news that Trisha’s mum, gave a very special treat to the director and producer of the Vijay starer Kuruvi and made Trisha to opposite Vijay.
But yesterday,The heroine of Vijay starred Kuruvi is officially announced. She is not Trisha As expected, but Nayantara who replaced Trisha as Vijay’s heroine in this Dharani directed project, produced by Udayanithi Stalin!
Confirming the news yesterday, Dharani says, “Nayantara is the heroine signed for my next film with Vijay. The other details of the film will be disclosed later in proper manner…”
Nayantara also confirmed the same and told this correspondent, “Yes, I have signed Kuruvi. My present assignment in Tamil Yaaradi Nee Mohini and Billa will be completed by the end of September. After this film I will fully concentrate in Vijay’s project. I gave a bulk call sheet for this film. For me, this is a very important film in my career!”
This is Nayan’s first film with Vijay as hero, though earlier she had done an item song with him in Sivakasi (Kodambakkam area…), which gave her a big boost. Actually the fans of Illayathalapathy have been clamoring after Vijay to cast Nayan as his heroine.
To be noted here is that Nayanthara danced with Vijay for single song in Sivakasi in which Trisha paired with Vijay for that movie.
Nayan also denied reports in a section of media that she has signed a film with Arya to be directed by cameraman R.D.Rajasekhar. The actress told, “Most of the time I learned a lot about me through the media only. It seems that media knows more details about me than what I know! Regarding Rajasekar’s film nobody has approached me and I have not even heard the script. Then how do I do the film?”
It seems Kurivi shooting will begin by November this year.
